Hoffer Plastics supplies a wide range of customers around the world, including several Fortune 500 companies.
Business Leadership Charlotte oversees human resources, facilities management, and marketing, the latter encompassing all key internal and external communications for the more than 400 employees of Hoffer Plastics. Since joining Hoffer Plastics in 2006, Charlotte’s leadership has guided Hoffer Plastics greater recognition for its commitment to family, community, and industry, winning numerous awards, including Family Business of the Year (Loyola), Processor of the Year (Plastics News), and several community service awards. Charlotte has also made it a commitment to continue the Hoffer Plastics tradition of fostering and strengthening community outreach and engagement, where she creates lasting partnerships with local resources and organizations in the South Elgin community. Education and Personal Life After graduating with a BS in Management and Marketing from Purdue University, Charlotte began her career with Northwestern Mutual in their sales training program. Prior to joining Hoffer Plastics, Charlotte was a Food Service Area Manager for PepsiCo. Charlotte is a member of Vistage, and in 2017, Charlotte was selected as a Vistage Member of the Year in recognition for her leadership and business management. She was also the recipient of the Chairman’s Award in 2019. Charlotte also serves as an Executive Vice Chair for Cal’s Angels and a committee member for R.I.S.E. of South Elgin. Charlotte has been married to her husband, James, for 18 years and has two daughters, Colbie and Cora. Hoffer Plastics Awards
