Nancy Hill

Community Development Director

Nancy Hill has been a land use planner for over 20 years and has had a wide range of experiences working for and with municipalities, in both the public and private sector. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and has been a board member of many professional organizations. Nancy currently serves as the Community Development Director for the Village of South Elgin. As such, she leads a talented team of staff members to improve the built environment and the economic vibrancy of the Village. Nancy loves to travel and is up for just about any adventure that doesn’t involve heights!
