Harold Johnson is a resident of South Elgin and grew up on the south side of Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and served 4 years in the U.S. Army with tours in Germany and Texas. Harold is the President and CEO of HLJ Companies, an Information Technology company based in Elgin.
