Mauricio "Reece" ArroyaveDomino's Pizza FranchiseeMauricio “Reece” Arroyave is a Hispanic born Domino’s Pizza Franchisee. Reece has worked and developed his company in all demographics, having grown from 4 to 36 stores between 2013-2016 (built 16 and acquired the rest) in the suburbs, city, southside and westside of Chicago. Reece started his career in 1987 passing out Domino’s fliers in Libertyville, IL at the age of 12 years old, working his way up the ladder through all positions. In 1999, Reece franchised his first store in East Dundee, IL .
Reece is currently VP of the National Domino’s Forum Group (Large Franchise owners). He has served on the Domino’s Chicago Board of Directors for the past 20 years, served nine years on the Domino’s National Hispanic Marketing Advisory Council, is a former Midwest Domino’s Franchise Association Board Member and a former Michigan Supply Chain Advisory Board Member. In 2015, Reece created the Domino’s National Safety and Security Workshop, having lead 10 workshops around the country for franchisees and upper management team members. Reece is a firm believer in creating and maintaining strong relationships and open communication amongst the business owners and community to ensure ongoing productive and results driven dialogue.
